Beginner kite lessons, Brush-up kite lessons and kite camps

You can attend our kite courses in four ways. A Beginners lesson is the perfect start on your kitesurfing career. A brush-up lesson is for you who have kitesurfed before but need some extra advice and safety. And for you who wants to go all in over a weekend, we also make Kitecamps in collaboration with Lynæs Surfcenter.

Dansk sejlunion Certificate

We teach all our courses according to Danish Sailing Union standards, and always try to get you certified as soon as possible. You are independent in shallow water when you meet the requirements of "kitesurfer 1". If you want to ride in deep water, we recommend that you at least meet the requirements for kite surfing 2.

Unfortunately this document does not come in English but we all the teaching is in English.

Beginner lesson

The beginner lesson is the perfect intro to kitesurfing. The kitesurf lessen is 5 hours with a private instructor who takes you through all the basic kite theory and practice.

5 hours may sound like a long time, but when there is wind, it's about getting hours in the book! In addition, it is important to know that not all hours take place in the water, as it is necessary to first train with a small kite, learn rigging and safety on land. Typically it takes 10-15 hours to learn to kitesurfing and you should not expect to get on the board after the first 5 hours, but if you are a natural talent you can easily get up and get a few meters on the board in this time.

You can choose to take a beginner course over a day or a weekend. You can choose to be alone or participate with up to three participants per. instructor. We recommend two students per. instructor to get the most out of the lessons.

You are responsible for transport to the spot, but our instructors also drive themselves, so if it is a problem with the transport, mention it when you talk to the instructor, then it might be possible for him to pick you up along the way.

5 hour beginners course in kitesurfing incl. all equipment:

1 pers. 3.250, -
2 pers. 1875 / pp - Total 3,750, -
3 pers. 1416 / pp - a total of 4250, -

We run a maximum of 3 students per. instructor ie. if you book for 4 people you pay for 2 + 2 people = 7500, - and get two instructors. All prices are incl. VAT

Brush-up lesson

The brush-up lesson is for you who have tried kitesurfing before and need an instructor who can get you safely brushed up on your kite skills

We teach all over Zealand and Copenhagen. We can teach in everything from the safe launch to keeping altitude and making turns - you decide what we need to focus on. We do our brush-up lessons from 3 to 5 hours and you can choose to be alone or with a partner you bring.

Kite camps

Kite camps are one of the best ways to learn kitesurfing!

The intense form of learning and getting a lot of acquaintances within the sport makes it clear that the majority of those who have been at camp actually get started with the sport.

We do not make kitesurfing camps under the KITEpro name, but our sister kite school, Lynæs Surfcenter makes a lot of different kitesurfing camps! There are kite camps only for children, only for girls and adults only.
